Sunrise Pet Cremation offers different types of cremation.
The first type of cremation is an individual cremation. With an individual cremation your pet is placed by themself in a steel container, and the steel container is then placed into the retort. Once the cremation is completed the remaining ashes are cooled, and then processed.
The second type of cremation is a communal cremation. Where several pets are placed into the retort all at once and cremated together. This is for families looking for a more cost-effective option of cremation. With a communal cremation since several pets are being cremated together there is no way to receive your specific pets' ashes back. In this case the ashes are taken to a garden specifically for ashes, and then scattered.
The cost of cremation varies depending on the weight/size of your pet, as well as which type of cremation you would like done for your pet. If you would like an exact cremation cost, please contact us at 725-666-5403, and we would be happy to provide you with an exact cost of cremation for your beloved pet. At Sunrise Pet Cremation we strive to offer the most affordable and cost-effective options for pet cremation.
Our process at Sunrise Pet Cremation is once we receive a phone call from a family, we will schedule a time that same day to come out to your home to take your pet into our care. While at your home we will fill out paperwork together, which only takes a couple minutes. Once that is completed, we will take payment. When your family is ready and said their final goodbyes to your pet, we will take your pet into our care. Once your pet is in our care, we will process your pet. By processing a pet, it means we will take a clay paw imprint from your pet, as well as hair clippings. After that your pet's cremation will be completed. While your pet's cremation is being completed, we will put together a custom memorial specific to your pet. Once everything is completed for your pet, we will contact you to bring your pet's memorial back home to you.
Each family who is receiving an individual cremation for their pet, receives their specific pet's ashes back. Pet's that are being individually cremated are assigned a metal identification disc which contains a number on it. Each pet is assigned a number that is unique and specific to that pet. This metal identification disc stays with your pet throughout the entire process here at Sunrise Pet Cremation. Your pet will even be cremated with the metal identification disc to ensure you are getting your pet's remains back. Once the cremation for your pet is completed and the ashes are returned to you, you will also receive your pets metal identification disc back along with the pets' ashes. This ensures that each of the families we serve at Sunrise Pet Cremation are without a doubt receiving their specific pet's ashes back. So, any family who uses our services will never have a doubt about not receiving their pets' ashes back or wonder if they didn't receive their pets' ashes back. They will have proof that they did receive their beloved pet's remains back.
The forms of payment we accept are cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Zelle transfers. If paying via card processing fee's do apply.
Cremation is generally considered to be a more environmentally friendly option than traditional burial. Cremation does not take up land space like a burial plot. Additionally, there are eco-friendly urns and scattering options available for those who wish to minimize their impact on the environment.
